Terms and conditions

Podcast Production:
Any audio files sent to us to mix must be of a certain quality in terms of background noise and/or internet induced artefacts.
Recording at your premises is limited by geographical practicalities.
Podcast Production is charged depending on what is required as well as duration.

Online Audio Final Mix:
This service is aimed at TV and Radio and is not suitable for music/song mixes. The turnaround time on any given mix is entirely dependent on the complexity required. While all the best efforts will be made to meet your requirements, the quality of material received often determines the amount of time spent on any given production. Decisions made at edit stage can have far reaching consequences once in the audio suite. Re-editing music tracks that were not done well in edit takes time, as does trying to fix location sound that wasn’t well recorded in the first place.

As this is a remote service A10 will allow up to three revisions of your mix, providing there is no re-edit. For example, if you require a sound effect to be louder or music to be lower, that constitutes a revision, however, changing music or duration is considered a re-edit and so will incur costs. Online Audio Final Mix is charged at an hourly rate.

Guide Voice Tracks:
To get the best out of your guide voice it is important that we receive some sort of direction, as far as feel and pace is concerned. We also require an ideal duration to work towards. Price dependent on required duration of guide voice.

Script Proofing:
We will check your script for grammar, syntax and general sense as well as unnecessary repetition and make recommendations. If you supply a duration we can also advise on where to save time in your script. Price per page of script.
